Educational Qualification for CIL MT Recruitment 2024
- Mining/Civil/Electrical: Candidates must have a degree in the respective Engineering discipline with a minimum of 60% marks.
- System: Recognized 1st Class Degree in BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg.) in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / IT or any 1st Class Degree with MCA
- E&T: BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg.) in relevant branch of Engineering with minimum 60% marks.

CIL MT Recruitment 2024 Salary

| Management Trainees (Probation Period) | ₹50,000 to ₹1,60,000 monthly |
| Management Trainees (Regular Job) | ₹60,000 to ₹1,80,000 monthly |
During the probation period, selected candidates are placed in the E-2 grade, and once probation is completed, they are assigned to regular employment in the E-3 grade. Apart from this, they continue to get benefits like Dearness Allowance, HRA, medical facilities, performance related pay, gratuity, etc.
CIL MT Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The selection process of CIL Management Trainees 2024 will be done based on the following stages:
- Score Based Selection of GATE-2024
- Shortlisting the candidates discipline wise and category wise in the ratio of 1:3
- Document verification
- Medical examination
Final selection will be based on GATE-2024 score, and shortlisted candidates will have to complete document verification and medical test.
